On 17. 04. 2012 г. between the fondation "Quality 21st century" and the regional administration -Rousse was signed the attached memorandum.

On 05.04.2012 between the fondation "Quality 21st century" and the regional college Sofia area chamber of independent evaluators in Bulgaria (KNOB) was signed the attached memorandum.

On 21.11.2011 at the premises of BCCI Street "Iskar" N9, was helded National Round Table on the topic "Innovation and Competitiveness". Organizers of this event, very useful for Bulgaria, were BCCI and the magazine "Funds, Programs, Projects." In discussions and exchange of professional opinions, fondation "Quality 21st Century" was represented by Prof. Ilia Tzenev Ph.D.

On 31.05.2011 was sent a congratulations to EA "BAS" for European recognition of Bulgarian calibration laboratories.

On 20.05.2011 the Bulgarian Institute of Metrology (BIM) has organized celebration of World Metrology Day and the 100th anniversary of the first standards in Bulgaria (for meter and kilograms). On behalf of the Foudation "Quality 21st Century" Prof. Ilia Tzenev, Ph.D. congratulate Mrs. Dimka Ivanova - Chairman of BIM.
